Name of the project
Project Rofey
Scope of works
As the property was a full-brick and full double-storey home with good foundations, only minor demolition was required to reconfigure the home from a 3 bedroom home to a 4 bedroom / 3 bedroom plus large study home. The home was converted from an old dated Italian home to a modern and luxurious Italian home complete with stone benchtop kitchen and Miele appliances, a concealed laundry with entry from the kitchen, stone tiled bathrooms and an impressive outdoor deck that flows seamlessly from the indoor living space.
We are most proud of…
We were able to retain a large tree in the backyard which formed a landscape feature in the backyard that acts as a natural canopy to the outdoor deck. As developer, we do not believe in chopping down all trees or demolishing buildings just to build new. We believe in sustainable development where we retain what we can of the old and blend it to the new. This way there is always a humble history with the new build.
Feature highlight of the development
The feature highlight would have to be the impressive outdoor deck with lights strategically positioned to create that perfect sunset lighting. The old tree from the backyard was also retained to provide good coverage as a natural sun canopy. That outdoor deck was generously large and provided a seamless extension of the indoor space into the outdoor space perfect for any size entertainment.
